Setting the precedent for luxury movie experiences, Emagine Theatres is a rapidly expanding theatre company located in four markets: Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois. They currently have 20 locations and counting.
What Was Done
I took over Emagine’s AdWords account in February 2018. As it stood, they were struggling to compete in the existing search market with high CPCs, low clicks and low conversions. After identifying key areas for restructuring and optimization, Emagine’s KPIs substantially improved across the board — driving more ticket sales, more brand awareness and more new customers while minimally increasing costs.
